In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jillf," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the jillf platform accessible at jillf.org.
• "Platform" means the jillf website, mobile-optimized web application, and all associated services, games, and features made available at jillf.org.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jillf Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jillf Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your jillf Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account by jillf under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by you on any game or event available on the jillf Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the jillf Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillf Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jillf. They apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and participation in any promotions or bonus programs offered by jillf.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jillf's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the jillf Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a jillf Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jillf or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jillf Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full features of the jillf Platform, you are required to create an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the jillf Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.

Account Verification

jillf may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID).

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by jillf may result in temporary suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jillf will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jillf support immediately.

jillf supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. jillf reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your jillf Account balance within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jillf is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash withdrawals typically process within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

jillf does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jillf accepts no responsibility.

jillf offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed Account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• jillf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

The specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates for each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms published on the jillf Platform at the time of the offer.

All Wagers placed on the jillf Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A Wager is final and binding once it has been confirmed by the jillf system. Confirmed Wagers cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum Wager amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jillf will apply its standard game interruption policy. Where a round cannot be completed, the Wager will be refunded to your Account balance.
• jillf uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions conducted in a monitored studio environment.
• jillf reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical error on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillf Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing Wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jillf staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the jillf Platform — including but not limited to the jillf brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jillf or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jillf.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any jillf trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jillf's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

jillf collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillf implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from jillf's operational funds. jillf will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jillf may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of your privacy rights under these Terms.

jillf is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gaming on the jillf Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

jillf provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net wagering activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillf's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillf shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jillf's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillf's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jillf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jillf reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Your Account has been used in a manner that poses a risk to jillf, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose jillf to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jillf support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jillf operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by jillf's internal complaints process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
